Development of online exams/tests and assessed tasks
- The session will be recorded for review purposes, including assessment and/or revision. Concerning the recording of personal data of students at the University of Lleida, the regulations explicitly allow for the recording of the various teaching activities. The recorded content will be stored at the University of Lleida for the period stipulated in the relevant regulations. The regulations themselves state that the University of Lleida does not require the consent of the individuals involved for recording, as indicated in the course syllabus for each subject from the beginning of the academic year (https://unidisc.csuc.cat/index.php/s/6YmWjHtUWcryan1).
- The student will need the following technical resourcesduring the time of the assessed task:
- Computer
- Webcam
- Speakers (headphones are not allowed)
- Wireless microphone (not integrated into a headset)
- High-speed Internet connection
- Specific programs installed on the computer from which the test will be conducted which will be specified during the course.
- At the beginning of the test, the student must show his/her Identification Number or ID (the DNIor any other official document to verify the identity) to the webcam to check and confirm his/her identity. The student displaying the ID must also be seen.
- The student must also use the webcam to showthe room where the exam is being held to the instructors. This preparation phase will not be recorded. In any case, the webcam should be moved slowly, with enough light to ensure that the space can aptly be seen, for the instructor to easily verify the following:
- That the room is small.
- That it is closed.
- That it is well-lit.
- That the workspace is clear of notes and of any other materials (books, papers, etc.).
- That the student is alone in the room.
